Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team, providing Speech Therapy Services to clients within the clinic or in their preferred environment.
Key Responsibilities- Providing client and family-centered care to ensure client goals are met
- Delivering therapy sessions in 1:1 and group settings
- Providing tailored therapy plans for NDIS participants and private clients
- Specialising in the areas of speech and language, social communication, literacy, dysphagia, AAC, and complex disabilities
- Working with adult or paediatric clients or services across the lifespan
- Participating in discipline-specific and multidisciplinary educational workshops and training
- $95,000 - $108,000 + super - depending on experience level
- Quarterly and annual incentives, along with annual salary review
