Job Description:
As a Bridal Stylist, you will provide exceptional service to every bride, helping them find their dream dress. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Working one-on-one with brides to create their perfect bridal style
  • Building relationships with brides throughout the entire lifecycle of the experience
  • Assisting bridesmaids and other party members with dress selection, sizing, and ordering
  • Providing expert advice on emerging bridal trends, accessories, and add-on items or services
  • Consistently achieving and maintaining sales goals as set by management

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Fashion, or related field (or equivalent relevant work experience)
  • Minimum 1-2 years bridal sales or consultative retail sales experience
  • Strong sales aptitude with ability to prospect and close retail sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and solve problems efficiently
  • Ability to quickly develop strong product knowledge of the bridal industry and trends
  • Detail-oriented with keen understanding of fashion and bridal fashion
