Job Title: Bridal Style Consultant

At our boutique bridal store, we are seeking a talented Bridal Style Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice to brides-to-be on finding their perfect wedding dress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized styling services to brides, taking into account their individual style preferences and body type.
  • Build strong relationships with brides, understanding their needs and ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest bridal trends and fashion must-haves, sharing your knowledge with brides to help them make informed decisions.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge, including designer brands, fabrics, and styles.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in bridal sales or related retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
