Empowering Customer Success

Microsoft is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Leader to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Cyber Resilience team, you will lead a team of highly skilled Technical Specialists who work with our customers to improve their digital estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Technical Specialists to drive technical decisions at the customer level, ensuring business value with the Microsoft Platform.
  • Develop and coach sales strategies that prioritize customer and partner goals, fostering partnerships for mutual benefit.
  • Act as a thought leader to help the team connect Microsoft solutions to customer business impact, driving cross-solution transformation and behavioral change.
  • Collaborate with Core leadership and senior-level stakeholders to support team growth and ANZ area capacity.
  • Ensure teams meet targets and operational standards, maintaining the health of metrics within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technology-related sales, account management experience.
  • Experience engaging and managing relationships with CXO level stakeholders, cultivating strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience growing market share, meeting sales targets, and collaborations with partners for optimal business results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry qualifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified SCADA Security Professional (CSSP) or similar.
