Job DescriptionPhilips is a leading global healthcare company dedicated to improving the lives of millions through innovative solutions. We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Application Specialist to join our team in NSW or VIC.
This exciting opportunity will leverage your clinical expertise as a sonographer in General Imaging or OB or Cardiac Ultrasound, combined with a customer-centric approach, to drive the success of our Ultrasound business. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with stakeholders and customers to deliver exceptional support and training.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical support to customers throughout the entire life cycle of their relationship with Philips.
- Working in partnership with Account Managers to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations on the Philips Ultrasound portfolio.
- Maximizing customer satisfaction and elevating the efficiency of patient care through effective training on the optimal use of our equipment.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Postgraduate studies in Ultrasound with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a public and/or private medical imaging department.
- Experience with advanced imaging technologies or imaging subspecialties is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in presentations and training or a commercial environment will be highly regarded.
- Outstanding relationship building and communication skills, with high levels of motivation, energy, and a drive to achieve results.
