Incident and Problem Management Role

Vectiq is seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee the management of incidents and problems in a high-profile Federal Government department.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate incident responses, collaborating with technical teams to ensure swift restoration of services.
  • Develop and implement problem-solving strategies to resolve issues permanently.
  • Foster post-incident reviews, govern the Known Error Database (KEDB), and work closely with change and release teams.
About You
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level IT incident and problem management functions.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4 practices.
  • Experience coordinating major incident response across technical and business teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to lead governance and continuous improvement activities in high-pressure ICT environments.
