
IT Incident Manager

Vectiq is seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee the management of incidents and problems in a high-profile Federal Government department.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate incident responses, collaborating with technical teams to ensure swift restoration of services.
- Develop and implement problem-solving strategies to resolve issues permanently.
- Foster post-incident reviews, govern the Known Error Database (KEDB), and work closely with change and release teams.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level IT incident and problem management functions.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4 practices.
- Experience coordinating major incident response across technical and business teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Able to lead governance and continuous improvement activities in high-pressure ICT environments.
Skillset: ITIL, problem management, incident management, team collaboration, leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, governance.
