Lifesavers are sought to lead the delivery of aquatic sport events, attracting and developing lifesavers.

This role involves planning, coordination, administration, operations, and execution of aquatic sport events. Regular weekend work with flexibility outside typical business hours is required, as well as extensive regional travel.

Previous experience in event day administration, logistics, and support within a volunteer-based or membership-based organisation is necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are also required.
