We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the Market & Audience Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing funding applications, managing a slate of projects and initiatives, and working with creators and stakeholders to maximise the discoverability and impact of content across online, television and feature film.

This role will also involve delivering audience insights and analysis to inform strategy and provide valuable support to the sector to grow audience engagement and financial returns.

You will have demonstrated experience in audience engagement, impact and discoverability across feature film and direct-to-audience/online platforms — including creation, distribution, marketing, community management, impact campaigns and monetisation.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate positively with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in database and spreadsheet software
