Key Responsibilities:- Understanding client network designs and requirements
- Scoping, analyzing, and interpreting system and architecture designs
- Ensuring optimal computer system and network performance
- Researching, analyzing, and evaluating network and systems for optimum configuration
- Implementing technical improvements to operations and projects
- Testing and analysis to ensure smooth implementation phases
- Installing, configuring, and testing new changes to network environments or systems
- Troubleshooting and providing timely solutions for disruptions
- Maintaining documentation and procedures for network designs, changes, and upgrades
- Monitoring network activity and traffic for timely identification and resolution of disruptions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Experience working with system designs and architecture specifications
- Experience troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced project environments
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
