  • Deliver Results: Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including overseeing maintenance, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Additionally, attend and take minutes during the quarterly advisory board meetings.
  • Make Connections: Be the friendly face that listens to concerns, solves problems, and makes sure our residents are happy, healthy, and thriving.
  • Find Joy: Plan and oversee a variety of engaging activities, from themed dinners and movie nights to gardening clubs and fitness classes. Creativity and fun are your middle names.
