Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care and support.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, managing high-complexity clients, and leading a team of disability support workers to achieve excellence in their work.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Customer Service: Providing outstanding care and support to our clients
  • Leadership: Leading and supervising a team of disability support workers to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Compliance: Adhering to relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work, Disability Support, or a related field
  • Proven leadership skills to build capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams
  • Previous experience in the disability sector, with a focus on managing high-complexity clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and engage clients, staff, carers, and parents
  • Satisfactory Working with Children and National Police Checks
  • A current and valid driver license and First Aid Certificate
