As Western Australia's largest electricity generator and energy retailer, Synergy is dedicated to providing reliable electricity to a wide range of customers across the region.

We are currently seeking candidates for Electrical (Electrotechnology) trainee positions within our Thermal Generation team. In these dynamic roles, you will gain hands-on experience while pursuing your trade qualification through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Your duties will encompass the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fixed plant systems.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Completion of Year 10 or Year 12
  • Initiated or completed a pre-apprenticeship or pre-vocational course
  • Strong focus on safety
  • Quick to learn
  • Proficient numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Capacity to follow instructions accurately
  • Commitment to completing a four-year training program
