Payroll Data Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Data Specialist to join our team. This role offers a stable position in a collaborative environment, providing an opportunity for professional growth and development.

You will be part of a larger payroll team working together to deliver accurate and compliant payroll services using SAP S/4 HANA, Concur, Navigo, and ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume payroll operations and a strong understanding of multiple Enterprise Agreements (EBAs) and their complexities.

In this role, you will manage workforce master data, encompassing all personal and payroll-related information for employees, including new hires, rehires, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, wage changes, allowances, deductions, superannuation, personal data updates, and employee benefits.

You will also conduct weekly, fortnightly, and monthly compliance audit reports to proactively identify and resolve errors, interpret EBA's to maintain compliance, and manage ServiceNow tickets and inquiries from stakeholders.
