System Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled System Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for designing, improving, and maintaining our Enterprise systems.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the availability and performance of our systems, working with the team to continuously improve the systems we provide, providing help and advice to users of those systems, identifying common problems within Enterprise Tech, and designing simple solutions.

  • Design and implement sustainable solutions in a collaborative and creative work environment to support multiple lines of business.
  • Work with the rest of the team to continuously improve the systems we provide.
  • Provide help and advice to users of those systems.
  • Help us identify common problems within Enterprise Tech, and design simple solutions.

To achieve this, you will need experience with building, integrating, and maintaining SaaS solutions and tooling, such as Jira Service Management and other Atlassian tools.

Key Skills:
  • Experience with building, integrating, and maintaining SaaS solutions and tooling (e.g., Jira Service Management and other Atlassian tools).
  • Experience with administrating and integrating various SaaS-based systems into a corporate environment.
  • Infrastructure experience administrating both cloud and on-premises office IT systems and AV systems.
  • Networking experience on distributed routing, switching, firewall, and wireless systems (Palo Alto, Arista, and Cisco).
