Job Title

A Strategic HSE Leader is required to develop and implement Health, Safety, and Environment systems across NSW/ACT.

  • To achieve this, you will lead key influencers on methods to foster a positive HSE culture and provide accurate and timely advice.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE risk management processes, monitoring and measuring HSE performance, investigating incidents and nonconformities, and reporting on findings.

Key qualifications include tertiary qualifications with an HSE focus, previous work experience in similar industry and/or risk profile, and in-depth experience in an HSE role.

  • The ideal candidate will have HSE technical skills including training, auditing, investigation, learning teams, and HOP.
