Australasia Assurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead initiatives that identify and mitigate health, safety, and environmental (HSE) risks while exploring opportunities for innovation.

As the HSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's approach to sustainable development. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving strategic thinking and HSE leadership across our operations.

The ideal candidate will possess 15 years of relevant HSE experience or an equivalent tertiary degree. A strong understanding of HSE legislation and codes of practice is essential, as well as excellent stakeholder engagement and technical leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the regional HSE team and providing guidance on technical aspects
  • Enhancing stakeholder relationships to make HSE a competitive advantage
  • Providing technical leadership on emerging HSE risks and trends
  • Overseeing HSE frameworks, investigations, and assurance activities
