We are seeking a proactive and responsible individual to fill the role of HSE Business Partner.

The Opportunity

Key responsibilities include providing regional advice on key HSE processes, reviewing and auditing HSE policies and procedures for compliance and improvement, developing communication plans to support project implementation and maintaining HSE risk management processes and registers.

As an HSE Business Partner, you will be responsible for updating HSE communication channels, conducting hazard and incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques and assisting in resolving HSE issues and promoting consultation at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and auditing HSE policies and procedures for compliance and improvement
  • Developing communication plans to support project implementation
  • Maintaining HSE risk management processes and registers
  • Updating HSE communication channels
  • Conducting hazard and incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques
  • Assisting in resolving HSE issues and promoting consultation at all levels
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (Essential)
  • Experience in developing and delivering HSE training programs
  • Proficiency in HSE data management and reporting
  • Experience reviewing hazard and incident reports and investigations
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice and Standards related to HSE
  • Full Australian work rights and a valid drivers' license
