
Store Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume retail store, with experience in leading a medium to large team in a dynamic environment. They will be a strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success, demonstrating commercial acumen with an ability to drive sales, wages and shrinkage KPI's.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
- Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
- Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume retail store.
- Experience in leading a medium to large team in a dynamic environment.
- A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to drive sales, wages and shrinkage KPI's.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
