- Drive sales growth by influencing team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop a high-performing team culture by executing Pandora's selling style across all customer interactions.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve outstanding individual and team metrics.
- Provide inspiring leadership and develop team members' skills.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns consistently and professionally.
- Grow Pandora Club membership and customer loyalty through exceptional customer service, engaging events, and a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Effectively manage stock levels to maximize sales opportunities.
- Roster team members to meet business needs, leveraging their strengths for maximum productivity.
- Manage daily store inventory processes according to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent implementation of Pandora's 5 VM Essentials within the store.
- Minimum 2+ years experience in managing high-volume stores.
- Leadership experience in medium-sized teams in premium retail environments (5-10 Brand Ambassadors).
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Awareness of priority management in a store environment.
- Expertise in onboarding, training, and upskilling team members.
- Conducting performance reviews and developing team members' skills.
- Experience in executing company visual merchandising standards.
