Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store management, leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, and stock.
- Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the store.
- Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and manage controllable costs for the store.
- Lead the store and team in the absence of a Store Manager on duty.
- Support team training in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.
- Provide timely feedback to encourage team development.
- You are passionate about delivering results and will confidently support your manager and team.
- You have excellent communication skills, strong time management, and organisational skills.
- Previous team leadership or management experience is advantageous.
