About the Position

We are seeking skilled professionals to provide vital support to older members of our community, empowering them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Our service offers personalized care and assistance to help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

As a dedicated caregiver, you will deliver a range of services including personal care, medication management, light meal preparation, domestic tasks, and transport to appointments.

You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes and out in the community, enhancing their well-being with a compassionate and empathetic approach.

We seek individuals who are reliable, committed to making a difference, and possess excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant will be required to work a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday, up to 50 hours a fortnight.

Requirements
  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or Aged Care.
  • A commitment to working in harmony with values that promote respect and dignity for all individuals.
  • An energetic, positive attitude and genuine interest in people.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Professional experience in the care sector.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to observe accurately and follow directions precisely.
  • Basic computer and phone skills.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts between Monday and Sunday.
  • A Driver's Licence and registered vehicle suitable for transporting clients.
