About the RoleThe Family Wellbeing Manager will lead a team of professionals in providing wrap-around care to young people and their families across the ATSICHS system. This role requires a strong understanding of the complexities of family support and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of staff supports to maintain adherence to the program Model of Care and Human Service Practice Framework.
- Develop and implement management operational processes and non-negotiable tasks.
- Provide one-to-one coaching and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Lead the transparent use and access of data to inform decision-making and improve client outcomes.
- Ensure leadership decisions are data-informed and focused on achieving client impact and quality.
- Develop and implement client outcome tools to measure the effectiveness of services.
- Ensure all case plans and interventions are meaningful and outcome-based.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure responsive services.
- Manage team culture and ensure changes are consulted with the Program Manager.

- Permanent full-time position in Logan and Brisbane.
- Starting annual salary of $113,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience).
- 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging.
- Work for a community-controlled organisation.
- Current Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Social Science, Health, Allied Health, Youth Work, Community Services, Family Intervention, or Criminology with 4 years' relevant experience.
- Current Diploma in Community Services, Social Work, Human Services, Child and Family, Allied Health, Youth Work, Child and Family Intervention with 5 years' relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a case management role.
- Requirement to travel across the Logan and/or Brisbane region.
- Current drivers' licence.
- Flexibility to work outside 8:30am-5pm business hours.
- Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
- Valid police check.
