Empower individuals facing mental health challenges by joining our Transitional Recovery Program. This role offers flexible, casual and part-time opportunities with rotating 24/7 rosters.

About the Role
  • Deliver recovery-oriented, person-centred care to clients, families and carers through motivational interviewing, brief interventions and trauma-informed practices.
  • Develop and facilitate group programs that build skills and support recovery goals.
  • Support families and carers through information, education and referrals.
  • Collaborate with community services to ensure coordinated and integrated support.
  • Contribute to day-to-day operations of the service, including housekeeping duties.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications (minimum Certificate IV) in Youth Work, Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience working with people with mental health challenges and complex needs, including families and carers.
  • Proven capability to implement therapeutic, recovery-oriented frameworks and practices.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Ability to provide proof of vaccination against vaccine preventable diseases.
