Key Business Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking a senior business leader to spearhead strategic planning, financial oversight, risk management, and cultural engagement initiatives across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to lead change, drive innovation, and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Experience managing employee engagement and communications programs.
  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional projects and aligning operational activities with strategic outcomes.
