Senior Mental Health Therapist Position in Officer VIC

This newly established practice prioritizes a warm and friendly atmosphere for both clients and team members, while fostering a collaborative work environment.
The role offers flexible work arrangements, allowing you to choose between part-time or full-time hours that suit your lifestyle and preferences. You will engage in individual therapy sessions, incorporating diverse therapeutic approaches including EMDR, Hypnotherapy, and Meditation within a light-filled practice setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients experiencing various conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, relationship difficulties, stress/burn-out, anger management, and chronic pain.
- Work with a specialized caseload, focusing on adults only, and utilizing your expertise to address complex mental health issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality care and effective support.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Psychologist, with a proven track record of providing compassionate and effective therapeutic care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
- Dedication to ongoing professional growth and development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends.
We offer a highly competitive contracting rate of approximately $230 per session, with a negotiable 65/35 split based on your experience. Our practice provides modern and inviting facilities, complete with comfortable therapy rooms and ample natural light.
