Job Overview

The Clinical Implementation Facilitator will play a critical role in implementing Orygen Digital's MOST platform in VIC to augment the mental health support young people receive from services. You'll engage with mental health services to provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with service leaders and staff to support the MOST platform's implementation.
  • Spend regular, scheduled time at partner services to respond to questions and solve implementation challenges.
  • Train participating staff on the MOST platform, ensuring effective and efficient use.
  • Gather feedback and collaborate on refining training materials and strategies to improve the MOST platform rollout.
Requirements

You are passionate, energetic, and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Fully qualified Psychologist, Social Worker, accredited mental health Occupational Therapist or other mental health professional with eligibility for appropriate membership with an accredited registering body.
  • Experience in youth mental health services, with knowledge of relevant systems and the not-for-profit sector.
  • Skilled in training, public communication, supporting new clinical initiatives, and passion for engaging clinical services, leaders, and clinicians in the implementation of novel models of care.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence within clinical contexts.
  • Understanding of Australian mental health service models, particularly in Victoria.
