A unique chance to make a real impact in the community as a part-time or full-time Physiotherapist. Delivering rehabilitation services where they matter most, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve goal-driven therapy plans.
About the Role- You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload including NDIS capacity building, aged care, post-surgical rehab, chronic musculoskeletal, neuro rehab, and complex care.
- Deliver comprehensive assessments, manual therapy, and exercise prescription in the home environment.
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Full AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience.
- Confidence delivering therapy in the community.
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Salary from $95,000 - $105,000 + super.
- Car allowance provided: $8,000 per year.
- Bonuses: additional $65/hour for any billable hours above target.
- EAP and HR services provided.
- Clear billable target (30 hours/week) with upside for additional hours.
- Visit lengths designed for quality care (45 minutes).
