About the role:
BaptistCare is one of Australia's largest home care providers and at the forefront of service quality and innovation. Due to growth, BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for 3-4 days per week to support clients in the Macarthur and surrounding areas.
This key role delivers evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions under Aged Care Funding to help clients regain independence and continue living at home. Together as a team, we help people feel loved, valued, and respected.
Permanent daytime schedules apply to this role with no weekend or shift work required.

To be successful in the role, you must possess:
- A Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
- Proven ability to assess occupational therapy needs and design tailored programs for aged care clients within the community.
- Postgraduate experience working across diverse aged care services, including community-based settings.
- Thorough knowledge of health and well-being frameworks, including reablement and restorative care models.
- Demonstrated capability to operate effectively both as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy, with a willingness to utilise required software to facilitate remote work.
- Commitment to understanding and upholding BaptistCare's Christian identity, actively promoting organisational values through professional interactions.
- Hold a current first aid certificate or demonstrate a willingness to obtain one.
- Possess a valid unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
