BDM - White Label Business Growth Specialist

This role will focus on growing the white label business through proactive support services to our network. Key responsibilities include managing technical content for training, events, marketing collateral and websites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage loan structure, scenarios and accreditation coordination
- Support complaint management and post-settlement enquiry resolution
- Drive lender relationships and product pricing policy exemptions escalations
- Oversee data input for staff and broker loans submitted for white labeling
- Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Management)
- Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Management)
- Experience in lending, underwriting, sales or customer service within the finance industry
- Strong negotiating skills and effective verbal and written communication
The bonus structure is based on KPIs including white label market share growth nationally and in each state, settlement volume and strategic growth. To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of the financial services industry and excellent communication skills.
