About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, with a focus on growing our white label business through strategic partnerships and networking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and developing effective strategies to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, lenders, and other industry partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies
- Certificate IV in Financial Services or related field
- Diploma in Financial Services or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
