White Label Business Development Manager

This role will be instrumental in driving the growth of our white label business through proactive engagement with brokers and lenders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building:
    • Create and maintain strong relationships with our broker network
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance broker knowledge of our lending offerings
    • Attend regular meetings to provide updates and feedback on results against objectives
    • Utilize data analytics tools to track activity
    • Organize strategic group meetings to drive growth
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Manage ownership of one White Label (WL) lender relationship
    • Drive BDM activity to achieve business targets
    • Escalate product pricing and policy exemptions as required
    • Manage post-settlement enquiries effectively
  • Technical Oversight:
    • Oversee the development of technical content, including training, events, marketing collateral, and websites
    • Data entry for staff and broker loans submitted for accreditation

KPIs will measure white label market share growth, nationally and by state. This will inform a bonus structure that rewards performance.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Management)
  • Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Management)
  • Industry experience in finance, lending, underwriting, sales, or customer service
  • Mortgage lending experience (sales or underwriting)
  • Negotiation and communication skills
