Job Title: Head of Cyber Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Cyber Solutions practice in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of Aon's Cyber Risk strategy for Australia
  • Manage the conversion of identified new business targets for cyber insurance and consulting
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients for risk consulting and/or insurance services
  • Own the Cyber content in tender proposals and participate in tender pitches
  • Engage with insurers around maximising their offering and contribute to incident response panel
  • Deliver insurance risk transfer solutions to clients through strong insurer connectivity and broker negotiations
  • Lead the team to execute and manage Cyber Risk consulting services, including cyber incident readiness assessments, threat simulations, resilience evaluations, and/or risk profiling
Requirements:
  • Experience at engaging with senior executives and developing relationships with clients
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the highest standard of presentation
  • Strong time management skills and proven experience working in a high-pressure professional environment
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
  • Engaging and enthusiastic personal style
  • In-depth knowledge and experience working within the Cyber risk space
