Cyber Security Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our Cyber Security Practice.
You will be responsible for overseeing security monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence and reporting. This role will also involve collaborating with teams to improve tools, processes and service delivery.
- Lead a high-performing team of analysts to ensure customer High Value Assets (HVAs) are protected following best practices
- Oversee security monitoring, incident response, threat intel and reporting
- Act as a technical escalation point and guide cyber incident response
This is a leadership position within our Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC). You will collaborate across teams to drive capability uplift and run team meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Manage rosters, run team meetings and drive capability uplift
- Develop and implement strategies to improve security operations
- 3+ years in a SOC or similar operational security role
- Team Leadership experience is desirable but not necessary
- Hands-on experience with tools like Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Palo Alto, Carbon Black and Zscaler
- Strong knowledge of enterprise/cloud security and SIEM practices
- Proven communication and problem-solving skills
