Cyber security is a critical component of any organization's overall strategy for success in today's digital landscape.

Nuix creates innovative software that empowers organisations to simply and quickly find the truth from any data in a digital world. This position offers the opportunity to lead and shape our cyber security practice, driving maturity and excellence through effective governance, risk management, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a global team of cyber security analysts, providing personal development, professional growth, and identifying career pathways for team members. They will also be expected to develop and mature Nuix's cyber security practice, including ISMS policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Governance of outsourced security providers
  • Ongoing DR and systems penetration testing
  • Managing yearly auditing and compliance for ISO27001 and other audits
  • Leading the Nuix cyber security steering committee
