About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fund Administrator to join our team. As a Fund Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining investor files, processing account updates, and ensuring timely receipt of funds. You will also be responsible for tracking and following up on investor commitments, reviewing client registration, and responding to investor inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor files, including monthly accounts and registers.
  • Ensure investors receive timely and transparent reporting on their investments.
  • Track and follow up on investor commitments to ensure timely receipt of funds prior to loan settlement.
  • Process account updates and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Review and verify client registration, including anti-money laundering (AML) and identification (ID) checks.
  • Respond to investor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Background in administration or investments.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
