Restaurant Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring that all aspects are running smoothly and efficiently.

This includes leading and motivating a team of staff, managing business finances, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles within hospitality or entertainment venues, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building engagement within teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 20-50 staff to drive sales growth and build engagement within the restaurant.
  • Operational Management: Work closely with management to ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, including rostering, recruiting, stock management, and compliance.
  • Employee Development: Empower team members to develop personally and professionally through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines for promotions.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 6+ years of leadership experience managing a team of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues.
  • Team Building: Proven experience leading from the front and creating high-performing teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
