Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Case Management Team Lead to join our team at Tradewind Australia. As a key member of our Child and Family Services team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dedicated team of case managers who provide trauma-informed and therapeutic services to vulnerable families across remote communities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum Diploma qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or a related field, and a minimum of one year of experience in case management, child protection, family services, or family violence. You will have a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic approaches, and be able to lead and manage a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the case management team, ensuring high-quality, culturally sensitive services are provided to vulnerable families
  • Oversee the delivery of case management services, including travel to remote communities as needed
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders and agencies to enhance family support services
  • Ensure best practices in service delivery and team performance
