Key Responsibilities

As the Proposals and Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage the proposal development process from start to finish.
  • Assess potential risks related to proposals and ensure adherence to industry regulations and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Drive digital marketing strategies, including social media management, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising to enhance the company's online presence.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Skills in analyzing and interpreting information gathered through various means.
  • Proven experience in leading proposal development and submission processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with the capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
