The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Organizational Enablement (OE) Business Unit. As Director, OE Strategy & Business Management, you'll be responsible for driving strategy thinking, business planning, and operating model design. You'll work closely with our Head of Organizational Enablement and the OE Leadership Team to develop and implement our strategy.

Your Role

As a key member of our OE Leadership Team, you'll lead the OE Business Management team and be responsible for providing high-quality organizational capabilities and services that enable our Agency to focus on investing. You'll work across all elements of the strategy management lifecycle, from formulation to execution, and drive the optimization and implementation of assurance, oversight, advisory, and support capabilities.
