Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Functional Capacity and Home Living Assessor. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate individuals' abilities, challenges, and support needs across various life tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments in participants' homes and other contextual environments to evaluate their functional capacity and home living needs.
- Develop and implement personalized recommendations for home and living support models to foster active self-determination and enable individuals to participate fully in decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with NDIS regulations and funding guidelines to ensure accurate and effective support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, person-centered care.
- Produce timely and evidence-based reports to support assessment outcomes and recommendations.

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- General AHPRA Registration.
- Demonstrated experience in functional capability and home living assessment.
- Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and funding structures preferred.
- A positive and flexible approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
- Valid driver's license.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Working with Children's Check.
