About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished senior change leader to join our team in a fast-paced, dynamic global airport environment. As the Head of Transformation and Engagement, you will be responsible for driving strategic direction for Airport Operations change management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of change management professionals to deliver strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of change initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in change management, continuous improvement, and communications within operations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Change, Communications, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in driving successful change initiatives.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, governance, and commercial acumen.
  • Focus on process improvement and efficiency (e.g., Lean Sigma).
  • Strong people leadership abilities.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and influence stakeholders across formal and informal networks.
  • Resilience in complex and evolving environments.
  • Capability to enhance the skills of others.
  • Knowledge of the Airports business and/or customer experience in the aviation industry.
  • Strong strategic, financial, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in negotiation and relationship building.
