About this role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to provide relief support to our Care Managers and Facility Managers across all Sydney facilities on a fixed-term basis.

You will be responsible for ensuring positive care outcomes for residents by providing cover during the absence of Care Managers and Facility Managers at sites.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support during periods of leave or absence
  • Contributing to projects relating to residential facilities
  • Assisting with the identification and resolution of organisational issues
  • Supporting site managers and leadership teams with quality improvement activities

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience working in aged care
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to achieve results from others
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft products (Word, Excel and Outlook) to produce reports and documents
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple sites
  • Registered Nurse - APHRA registration: Maintain current unencumbered APHRA registration (preferred)
  • Post graduate qualifications in healthcare management (desired)
  • Post graduate qualifications in clinical areas (desired)
