We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Manager to join our team on a relief basis.

The successful applicant will provide day-to-day support to the Strata Managers during periods of overload or leave, ensuring continuity and efficiency in our operations.

  • Assist with taking and addressing enquiries from owners and residents
  • Organise access for quotes and repairs as required
  • Obtain and circulate quotes for consideration
  • Prepare meeting materials and draft notices as needed
  • Manage annual audits, insurances, and other administrative tasks

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Strata management or residential property management experience
  • Strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn
  • A flexible and accommodating disposition
  • Good consistency in roles
  • Relatively good proximity to our business location
  • Strata Certificate, Real Estate Licence, or Certificate of Registration
  • A car and driver's licence (may be required)
