Job Description

As a Relief Building Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality relief management services across various residential towers in Sydney. Your role will involve working alongside senior building managers, providing support and direction to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotels, concierge, and security or trades. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and motivate yourself.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing relief management services across multiple sites
  • Shadowing senior building managers to gain knowledge and expertise
  • Managing budgets and asset registers
  • Liaising with residents and body corporate
  • Attending committee meetings
  • Preparing performance reports
  • Inspecting facilities and common areas
  • Managing and coordinating contractors
  • Maintaining security systems and pass in's / outs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in hotels, concierge, and security or trades
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation and autonomy
  • Customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Strata and Body Corporate (desirable)
