Role Overview

As an Agribusiness Relationship Manager at Bendigo Bank, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the Albury region. Your primary objective will be to provide personalized, high-quality banking solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers and help them grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of your customers' goals and deliver win-win solutions while maintaining awareness of Bendigo Bank's growth targets.
  • Work proactively within your community to identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers to our thriving portfolio.
  • Partner with network stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement localized engagement plans to achieve successful outcomes for our customers, communities, and Bendigo Bank.
  • Drive profitable growth for your local area by meeting team sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving results you can feel proud of.

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline.
  • The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current 'C' class driver's license.
