Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our front of house team as a Lounge Attendant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, providing food and beverage service in a high-volume lounge environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Face-to-face interaction with guests, providing personalized service and creating memorable experiences;
  • Liaising with the kitchen team to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal;
  • Maintaining Qantas brand standards and ensuring a consistent level of excellence across all aspects of the lounge.

Qualifications:

  • Service-focused personality and passion for food and beverage;
  • Previous experience in hospitality and/or customer-facing environments;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Immaculate presentation and attention to detail.
