We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Specialist to join our team. As a leading provider of green services, we manage a diverse portfolio spanning government, private, and commercial sites across the region.

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing gardens to meet our quality standards. This will involve managing garden maintenance tasks, performing services such as mowing, pruning, weeding, leaf and rubbish removal, identifying and treating weeds, pests and diseases, conducting planting, feeding and fertilisation of plants, and communicating directly with clients and Contract Managers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will have a background in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens. A qualification in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture is desirable. Holders of First Aid and AQF3 qualifications will be highly regarded. A Working with Children Check and National Police Check are essential (or willingness to obtain). A White Card is required (or willingness to obtain).
