Lead a Multidisciplinary Team

Are you passionate about Mental Health Care and have leadership experience? We seek an experienced leader to inspire a team and drive continuous improvement in our Mental Health Inpatient Unit.

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to ensure delivery of high-quality patient-centered care, coordinate clinical practice, and provide human and material resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating quality and cost-effective nursing services within the Mental Health Inpatient Unit.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have advanced practice level experience as a clinical manager with expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Will be accountable for coordination of patient-centred clinical practice and provision of human and material resources within the Mental Health Inpatient Unit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience with ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Advanced practice level experience as a clinical manager.
  • Expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to facilitate quality and cost-effective nursing services.
