Your opportunity:

  • The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) (Perinatal Mental Health Coordinator) is a clinical leader, accountable at an advanced practice level for the coordination of patient centred clinical practice specific to Perinatal Mental Health.
  • The CNC (Perinatal) demonstrates sound knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and theory and provides clinical leadership, advice and advocacy to a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for the facilitation and provision of quality and cost effective nursing and/or midwifery services which are consistent with contemporary standards, guidelines, relevant legislation and best practice.
  • The CNC (Perinatal) will provide a consultation-liaison service for perinatal mental health consumers within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service providing a pathway to care for women at risk of perinatal mental health issues.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $82,106 p.a., comprising salary rates between $66.86 - $72.59 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 7) (Permanent Part Time, 38 hours p.f.).
