The Role

We're seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative (BRD) to join our Australian sales team. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, and scheduling high-value conversations with Enterprise Account Executives.

Your primary objective will be to establish meaningful connections with healthcare practices and hospital groups, driving our mission to succeed in the Australian market.

This role demands a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll become an expert in engaging healthcare stakeholders, driving new opportunities, and contributing directly to the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and engage with prospects to generate qualified leads.

  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, social media, video) to engage with prospects and generate interest in our solutions.

  • Employ a consultative approach to discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and business objectives, and determine how we can solve these problems.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, share insights, and optimize lead generation strategies.

    • Maintain accurate records in our CRM, manage and optimize sales pipelines, and consistently meet targets for qualified leads generated.

      • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively articulate our value proposition.

    Requirements
    • 1-2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or related fields.

      • Proven success generating leads through high-volume, targeted outreach campaigns across multiple channels (cold calling, emails, social media).

      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to quickly build rapport and articulate the value of our solutions.

      • Highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented with a strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

      • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of accountability.
